Following the devastating events of Avengers: Infinity War (2018), the universe lies in ruins. Half of all living beings have vanished after Thanos used the Infinity Gauntlet to snap his fingers and erase them.

The surviving Avengers — Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Black Widow, Hulk, and Hawkeye — struggle to cope with the loss. When Ant-Man (Scott Lang) escapes from the quantum realm, he brings a daring idea: use time travel to collect the Infinity Stones from the past and reverse the Snap.

They form teams to journey through key moments in the MCU timeline, revisiting epic scenes from earlier films. Despite obstacles and emotional sacrifices — including Black Widow’s death on Vormir — the Avengers succeed in collecting all six Stones.

Hulk performs the new Snap, bringing everyone back. But Thanos from 2014 follows them into the present, leading to an enormous final battle featuring every hero from the Marvel universe.

In a moment of ultimate sacrifice, Tony Stark wields the Gauntlet and snaps his fingers, destroying Thanos and his army — but at the cost of his own life.
